Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.

What we keep

We keep your email and shipping address only to make and send your order, and we never sell your data. No account is needed to shop or design: your cart and designs are tied to a browser session cookie.

The design app

When you design a toy with Pixie, we use an AI service to understand your idea. Don't type personal details into the chat; we remove things like names, emails and phone numbers before anything is sent.
